Peter created, cast, and directed the global hit science series MythBusters, which ran for 15 seasons and became a cultural phenomenon, blending compelling storytelling with groundbreaking experiments.
His diverse portfolio includes acclaimed projects for Discovery Channel, such as Ningaloo Nyngulu, a natural history series featuring Australia’s celebrated author Tim Winton. As the series’ creator, director, and writer, Peter earned prestigious accolades, including Best Cinematography at the 2024 New York Wild Film Festival, Best Natural History Documentary at the International Broadcasting Association Awards, Best Natural History at the Asian TV Awards, and Best Documentary Series at the Screen Producers of Australia Awards.
A graduate of AFTRS, Peter also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Historical Archaeology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Studies, and unique qualifications acquired during MythBusters, including forklift operation and safe handgun handling in California.
