Vicki Madden is a showrunner in the television industry, both in Australia and overseas. She has worked as a writer and showrunner on shows such as Halifax FP (AUS), The Bill (UK), Trial & Retribution with Lynda La Plante (UK), The Clinic (Ireland), Water Rats, Stingers (AUS), and K9 (UK), to name a few.
Vicki runs her own production company, Sweet Potato Films, a small boutique film and TV company based in Tasmania. She has created, produced, and written the critically acclaimed TV series The Kettering Incident with Foxtel in Australia and BBC Worldwide. She also created and wrote the highly praised Disney/STARZ/AUS series The Gloaming, a supernatural noir crime thriller set against the stunning backdrop of Hobart, Tasmania.
Currently, Vicki is working on a UK series set in Wales and is developing her next TV series and a feature film, both set in Tasmania.
